This clinic is for Grade 5 and Grade 6 referees. You must complete the online test prior to the clinic. Session 1 is the State Referee Test.

Advanced Referee Clinics

This clinic is for referees who desire to upgrade to Grade 6 (State Referee). You must complete the online test prior to the clinic. Session 1 is the State Referee Test.

Intermediate Referee Clinics

This clinic is for referees who desire to upgrade to Grade 7. You must complete the online tests prior to the clinic. Session 1 is the Grade 7 Referee Test. Even if you may have taken the Exam to complete your recertification, you must take it again for this clinic.

USSF FITNESS TEST

The Fitness Test is for referees who desire to upgrade (from Grade 8 to Grade 7; or Grade to Grade 6). Periodically we will run the Grade 5 fitness test for those that require it to referee and upgrade to Grade 5.

Maryland State Fitness Test

Sprint Test

6 consecutive 40 meter sprints at a maximum of 7.2 seconds per sprint

Interval Test

Maximum of 40 seconds for the 150 meter run
Maximum of 40 seconds for the 50 meter walk

FALL FITNESS TEST

The next Fitness Test will be in the Spring of 2018, site TBD.

State Fitness Test at 9AM: This test is for Grade 6 and 7 maintenance, and also Grade 6 and 7 upgrade
Sprint Test:
6 consecutive 40 meter sprints at a maximum of 7.2 seconds per sprint
Interval Test: 10 full laps
Maximum of 40 seconds for the 150 meter run
Maximum of 40 seconds for the 50 meter walk

Grade 5 Fitness Test at 10AM: This test is for Grade 5 maintenance and Grade 5 upgrade
Sprint Test:
6 consecutive 40 meter sprints at a maximum of 6.4 seconds per sprint
Interval Test:
Maximum of 17 seconds for the 75 meter run
Maximum of 20 seconds for the 25 meter walk
